RATES & RESERVATIONS
Rates & Reservations
We have a flexible policy on rates according to requirements and seasonal demands. Our standard rates are as follows:
- Double Room for two adults at 150 USD Full Board, for bookings under 07 days duration.
- Room for one adult at 120 USD Full Board, for bookings under 07 days duration.
- Double Room for two adults at 100 USD, Bed and Breakfast, for bookings under 07 days duration.
- Double Room for two adults at 130 USD Full Board, for bookings over 07 days duration.
- Double Room for two adults at 90 USD Bed and Breakfast, for bookings over 07 days duration.
- The rates for bookings over 14 days and all other reservations are negotiable.
- Sri Lankan holiday makers are requested to write to us indicating their specific requests.
- 10% Service Charge shall apply.
Guests who intend to meditate, engage in creative writing or who are on honeymoon and those who are searching for a quiet retreat for a long holiday will receive special discounts on case by case basis.
Reservation Policy

- To confirm reservation, 50% deposit is required. Balance payment to be made at the time of checking-in.
- Guests can request reservations on B/B, H/B or F/B basis. Quotations will be given accordingly.
- Minimum stay is one night.
- Check in time is flexible and the check-out time is 1030hrs.
Payment
- If a reservation is cancelled before planned arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 5%.
- Alternatively, we will change the date according to your choice depending on availability. However, we do not guarantee the availability. We will make every endeavour to accommodate all reasonable requests.
- The Bungalow account do not accept bank charges incurred due to bookings.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
